What's the difference between a move-out cleaning and a regular cleaning?

A move-out cleaning is much more detailed than recurring house cleaning because the home is empty — every cabinet, every drawer, behind every appliance, every closet shelf is accessible. We deep clean inside-and-out: kitchen appliances inside and outside, cabinets and drawers, bathrooms top-to-bottom, baseboards, ceiling fans, vents, light switches, and door frames. The goal is to leave it 'ready for the next occupant' to landlord and property-management standards.

How long does a move-out cleaning take?

It depends on the size of the home and its condition. A studio or 1-bedroom that was kept tidy can be done in 3–4 hours; a 3-bedroom with kitchen grease buildup and pet stains can run 6–8 hours. We confirm the time estimate during the walk-through so there are no surprises.

Do you clean inside the oven, refrigerator, and microwave?

Yes. Microwave interior is included. Oven interior is included on most move-out jobs (we'll flag it if the oven needs a heavy degreasing pass — sometimes that's a small add-on for severe buildup). Refrigerator interior and exterior are included when the fridge is empty and unplugged before we arrive — we can't clean around food, and a plugged-in fridge has condensation that prevents a proper clean.

Yes — that's the whole point. Landlords and property managers deduct heavily for kitchens, bathrooms, and carpet at move-out. A professional clean — with a written service receipt documenting the work — is one of the most effective ways to minimize or eliminate cleaning deductions. We're also not a window-washing company by trade: we can do inside windows as an add-on, and exterior windows / pressure washing are quoted separately if needed.

Do you offer carpet shampooing or encapsulation as part of move-out?

Yes — carpet cleaning is our core service. We routinely add carpet hot-water extraction or encapsulation to a move-out job. Pet stain and odor treatment is a common add-on too. Pricing is on top of the move-out clean — let us know during the walk-through and we'll fold it into the quote.
